OKmental is an application based on the bodys energy centers. Its aim is to activate certain conscious energies through meditation. Sounds and pictures provide guidance and help the consciousness focus on the meditation. OKmental also provides a meditation notebook where users can note what they feel, their personal progress and ideas for action and keep track of the number of hours practiced per day, week and month.
The main impact of energy centers meditation is strengthening of the identity. Such strengthening makes it possible to be less sensitive to the external environment and more in tune with oneself.
The energy centers meditation is available in two versions, a voice-guided meditation to make the best possible start with the assistance of a coach, and a sound-and-image meditation, the length of which can be set by the user, for more advanced practitioners. The latter meditation can be used in any circumstances with the animation alone, even when the sound function cannot be used.
The breathing meditation helps the user regain balance and serenity swiftly. It is particularly useful in situations of intense stress when there is little time to indulge in a break for meditation or as a prelude to the energy-centers meditation.
The Nam Myoho Renge Kyo meditation focuses on the energies of profound wisdom as practiced by the Nichiren Daischonin Buddhists. The length of the meditation is variable and must be selected before beginning. The sound recording is set at a fixed length.
New conscious energies may be added based on your input.
A timer allows you to set the length of free meditations.
